I’m Monisha Mohan, a designer - or better yet, someone deeply curious about user behavior and passionate about creating meaningful experiences that truly address user needs. Yes, that’s what all designers claim to do, but here’s the thing - I don’t just advocate for users; I also speak the language of business. My approach balances human-centered design with strategic thinking, ensuring that solutions are not only user-friendly but also business-savvy.

But this clarity didn’t come overnight. I’ve spent years studying design, exploring different roles, learning from inspiring people, and even crossing continents to follow my passion. And here I am!
